Mental Health includes our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing. It affects how we think, feel and act. Wellbeing looks and feels different to everyone, so it's important to me that I offer a variety of different ways to improve mental and emotional health.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Sessions from £45.00 per hour

Being able to connect with nature helps our emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing, releasing endorphins which in turn reduces anxiety and depression. It can be an effective way of talking through difficult situations and for some, walking in parallel can feel more comfortable. The routes I choose depend on the client. I am blessed to live in beautiful Shropshire with plenty of green space.

Mindfulness for Mental Health

The practice of mindfulness has several mental health benefits, such as bringing about reductions in depression, anxiety, and stress. It is also recommended for those who want to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

Pet Bereavement Counselling

Sessions from £45.00 per hour

Our pets give us unconditional love and companionship. A house is not a home without them. Grieving for their loss, whether through passing, enforced separation, whether they're stolen or have runaway, can be traumatic. We all experience grief in different ways. I am here to help you cope, to help you adjust to your loss, and to be an understanding ear during this time of heartbreak.

Reiki Therapy For:
Adults, Children  and Young Adults

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing. 

 A complimentary/holistic, energy-based  therapy which supports and encourages natural self-healing. This energy facilitates the natural healing ability of the body and promotes a feeling of rest, balance and harmony. 

Reiki is performed fully clothed and can be seated or lying comfortably on a massage table.

Reiki is a deeply relaxing and comforting experience.

Discover the healing power of Reiki for children and young adults. Reiki offers a gentle and effective way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. From boosting immunity to improving sleep quality.

Nikki is a Reiki Master, trained in the Usui method of Reiki and holds an enhanced DBS.

Sessions

I offer a free, informal 20-minute discovery call where you can ask any questions you may have.

​

Sessions can take place in person but I also offer online, telephone and walk and talk therapy sessions.

​

Fees are payable by bank transfer the day before your session takes place. I work on a sliding scale for those who require extra financial support, so please contact to discuss further.
