Nikki is a warm and compassionate therapist, Reiki Master, and EFT practitioner based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. She offers therapeutic support for emotional health and wellbeing, helping you reconnect with yourself and navigate life's challenges with strength and self-compassion.
She works with private clients and organisations across the UK - including schools and public services - offering bespoke therapies tailored to your individual needs. These include in-person and distance Reiki healing, walk-and-talk therapy in nature, and emotional support via phone or Zoom sessions.

Where are you located ?
My therapy space is located in Shrewsbury with free parking. I am a 10 minute walk from the town centre . I also offer Walk and Talk , online and telephone therapy.
How do I go about booking a therapy session?
Either by completing some brief details on the contact page, calling or sending a message.
I aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours and offer a 20 minute free consultation.

How many sessions will I need ?
I offer short and long term sessions - some clients check in monthly whereas others return after a break...you choose what is best for you.

What Is walk & talk and who's it for ?
Walk & talk is simply that we take a walk somewhere beautiful and we talk. There are a couple of options on local
routes. You choose which is more suitable for you. I have found walk and talk therapy effective for all ages.

Can I bring my dog with me?
Yes! Many clients do and our Serenities Path therapy dog, Ava, loves coming along and is a great source of comfort...a real helping paw!
